Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We will gladly exchange
any item that has a manufacture defect or is not working properly.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please e-mail or call us
before sending the item back. You must obtain a Return Authorization
number (RA#) before you can return an item. Please enclose a copy of the
invoice and write the RA number along with a brief description of the
reason for your return or exchange.
Shipping and Handling are not refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply to exchanges.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if:
. It is 30 days passed the original date of the invoice.
. There is no Return Authorization number (RA#) issued.

We currently accept Mastercard or Visa as a form of payment. You may also send a money order, travelers cheque or personal check for the total of your order including Shipping and Handling.
